Pick-up and Drop-off times

Morning: 8:00am – 10:00am
Afternoon: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

These times are to be strictly adhered to.

During these hours our gate will be unlocked and someone will be around to greet you. At all other times, entrance to the property is by appointment only.

Our main priority is the safety and happiness of the dogs in our care, so we ask everyone to stick to these times as this ensures we can work uninterrupted. We also walk the dogs all across our property so an unexpected arrival opening the gate can mean dogs may
be able to run on to the road.

We are located at 920 Norfolk Rd Carterton, Wairarapa.

If we don’t answer, we might be out walking dogs, but we will get back to you within 24 hours.

We do monitor the phone and emails during weekends, but response times will be slower unless it is urgent.
