Set in the beautiful Wairarapa, nestled under the Tararua Ranges, just 10 kilometers west of Masterton, Dogs 101 provides 8 hectares of ‘home away from home’ for your furry family member.

Whether you are going away for short or long time, we have got you covered. We also offer day care, so that you and your pet can have a change of pace, when required.

Young or old, our professional team, will care for your dog in much the same way as you do, including special dietary requirements and medication.

Our ‘specially-constructed boarding house, with its wall and ceiling insulation, provides maximum comfort the whole year round, and has the added bonus of under-floor heating for the Winter months. ‘The Dog House’, as it is affectionately known has the ability in the warmer times of the year to open up and allow light and air to flow freely.

We take the security of your dog seriously. So seriously that we have installed CCTV to monitor the kennels. Staff monitor screens throughout the day and night to assure the comfort of our guests.
