A number of our customers have asked how we can continue to provide support during the period of Level-4 lockdown. You can now fix up a one-on-one session with Pip, using the free tool “Zoom” for a video link. (See below for a guide to installing “Zoom”). If you install “Zoom” on a phone/iPad, you can show Pip your home environment and your dog’s behaviour.
This approach gives Pip the opportunity to understand the challenges you may be facing and you can then work through solutions together.
This might include re-structuring the habits that you and your dog have built up throughout the relationship. It might be to give you the tools and techniques to further train your pet for better communication and understanding, and to iron out any current problems.
All points of behaviour can be covered, including:
- Puppy Training
- Corrective Behaviour
- Socialising
- Crate Training

Installing Zoom
There’s is a plethora of guidance on the web about installing this useful tool. This YouTube video takes you through the process but if you Google “Install Zoom” you will find plenty more assistance.
